Authentic Rye Carrot Bread

Our “Carrot Bread” is a soft dark rye bread, hand-baked according to ancient traditions, using only wholemeal rye flour and natural sourdough. To achieve its uniquely delicate flavour, we add healthy, Latvian-grown carrots. These carrots are a rich source of vitamins, adding significant value and a distinctive taste to the bread. Its acidity is almost half that of our “Authentic Dark Rye Bread.”

Ingredients: rye flour, natural sourdough (rye flour, water), sugar, carrots 5%, rye malt, salt, wheat bran.
