Homemade Rye Bread

Delicious homemade breads are baked the old-fashioned way: from 100% whole grain rye flour; in a wood-fired oven; using our own organic sourdough starter that gives the breads a special and unique flavor.
These rye breads contain plenty of fiber, natural vitamins and minerals, and contain no preservatives, E-additives or other enhancers. The bread crust cracks during baking, creating beautiful and unique grooves on each loaf’s crust.
Each loaf is hand-shaped.

Ingredients: Coarse rye flour, natural sourdough starter (rye flour, water), sugar, wheat bran, salt, rye malt, caraway seeds.
