Walnut Cake

Our master bakers have created something truly exceptional. Everything here is handcrafted. An airy walnut-honey sponge cake that literally melts in your mouth. Between the layers, a cream of condensed milk and real sweet cream butter is spread – just like the one everyone tasted as a child, dipping a finger when Grandma wasn’t looking. The cake’s surface is covered with a hazelnut cream glaze. The sides are adorned with walnuts, the very nuts that give this cake its name and its outstanding flavor!

Ingredients: condensed milk with sugar (pasteurized milk, sugar), egg mass, hazelnut cream (sugar, hazelnuts, sunflower seed oil, fully hydrogenated vegetable fats (coconut, rapeseed), whey powder, reduced-fat cocoa, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), butter, sugar, honey (Latvia), walnuts 10%, wheat flour, cocoa glaze (sugar, fully hydrogenated palm kernel fat, reduced-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, flavoring: vanillin, raising agent: E500), decor (sugar, starch (wheat, corn), glucose syrup, food coloring: E172, glazing agent: E904, vegetable oil (coconut, rapeseed)), baking soda.
