Almond honey triangle cookies with cranberries “Latvia”

The beloved and popular almond-honey triangle cookies are now enhanced with Latvia’s most valuable berries – cranberries. The base is made from delicious shortbread dough, whose recipe remains unchanged and is kept in the Lāči family vault. As usual, these cookies are made from honey harvested in Latvia by our industrious bees from magnificent flower meadows. To give a true Latvian national holiday feeling, the triangle cookies are dressed in beautiful and patriotic packaging.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, almond flakes 19%, butter, margarine (animal fats, rapeseed oil, water, salt, emulsifiers: rapeseed lecithin, fatty acid mono- and diglycerides; acidity regulator: citric acid; natural flavoring, colorant: beta-carotene), eggs, honey 6%, freeze-dried cranberries 2.1%, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
